I am emotionally unstable and I cannot help with your mental issues. If you do vent to me, DO NOT expect me to help you because I cannot help you. This is why I am rarely trying to help people on their vents. I do genuinely care about all of you and I wish I could help but I can't because what I might say might hurt you. I'm sorry for not being able to help when you're upset, I do feel horrible about it but I can't help.

I understand if you think this is selfish but I do have mental issues too and I have to combat those before helping others. I have hurt people before trying to help them. You can attack me on this, I don't care. Just understand that I CANNOT help you
