Step 1 : draw disturbing thing idk Step 2 : color (use any color u want, i use white and black) make sure it's all on one layer (AND MAKE SURE IT ISNT FULLY COMPLETELY WHITE) Step 3 : add detail if u want 4 : make rhe bg a dark color (i prefer using the same color as the lineart) use the bucket tool twice on the bg 5: use the paint roller tool thing and just idk go all out ig 🤧
