Ive been looking through a lot of popular animator's pages to see what their secret is. I noticed alot of things. 1 they all created an oc very early. 2 they are all very communicative with the community. 3 they all grow and change styles into their current one. 4 they dont take breaks from the medium very often (5) they all not All nerds like me 6: the most important one, ALL OF THERE CHANNELS WERE MADE IN 2016 or 2017.

Before i continue, i would like to make it known that i am trying not to sound salty. But, that is very much the case. You could argue that they all have early channel dates because they needed a lot of time to build up their following. BUT>>> I dug a bit deeper(through hundreds of pages of animations.) and found that for all of the people i looked at, their first or second animation was featured-> their second page was not very high quality-> they could post sh** posts and get 10 likes-> they progress further into the people we know and love.

my theory is that when the website was founded(2016 i think) it was easier to get featured because more people could easily see anims. and flip could look at more anims.
