no he 1st sees new flips and then features them every day if the arts good if the anim is smooth and when it looks good 1 by one thats what i think

No ;-; @animeboi was closer Flipanim views and refreshes most popular anims and picks a couple worth the feature. ;-; getting featured back when was way more simple and easy, instead of going to most popular, @Flipanim would get notified (I think) of the longest TIME it took to draw/animate

Yeah. It's not just "b rlly gud, creator see, it feature" I've seen some really REALLY cruddy things get featured.

Yeah I've seen... not the best stuff get featured. I'm not exactly the best artist either, but drawing with a mouse is HARD.

no guys, this is seriously what you dont understand 1: almost nobody does that, no offense 2: creator has to SEE it so you need to be popular (1000+ followers or your getting lucky if u have less) 3: omfg ur not just gonna get featured even if it IS good, you ARE popular, and creator sees it guys
