Toby is the mentor character, along with the leader of the resistance. He's gruff and cold to others. His bright blue markings and the green on his gear all glow. He's got a massive heavy sword, and is very strong. I freaking love this guy.

I'd like to add that he has a chip in him. Toby (and rodents at the top) wasn't always a rodent. He was a human scientist who was experimenting with transferring consciousnesses into genetically enhanced and modified rodents (these rodents have long lifespans btw). He was once one of the higher ups in this city, but left as he watched it quickly become corrupt.
