i can feel myself slowly growing more childish and not thinking completely before i hit send and it makes me not want 2 talk 2 ppl rn out of fear ill sy smth stupid

I have a tip with fixing it but it might take a few tries
First tip :3 try waking up earlier and staying awake the whole day
If that doesn't work, and u accidentally pull an all-nighter, try staying awake past 10 am
It'll be hard at first but try drinking coffee and staying entertained, maybe move around alot too!!! Try staying awake until 7 or 8 at night and maybe set an alarm for whenever u wanna wake up (6 am - 12 pm)
This is what worked for me when my sleep schedule was like that
i dont rlly care abt fixing it tbh,,,,,,,,,,
its gonna b messed up again even if i do anywayz bc i alwayz sleep when i have a problem or im feeling upset
