LinkWhy is depression so normalized??? My irl friends all joking that they all have it and then pulling me into it too. I don't know why they did that especially since I don't tell them any of my personal business ever. And if I do it's just a rant abt my stepdad or something

LinkI don't ever tell them my problems so I just don't get it. Doesn't seem like a big deal but it is to me since so many people joke about it, the actual people who need help get worse. If u were to say u were sad in my friend group they'd say "saaame" like shut the **** up
Listen if they actually had depression they could be 2 weeks or more at home ane only lying in bed nothing else
But mfs are just whining about a small thing meanwhile people who are depressed have serious problems they're dealing with
