I don't know how old you are, but certainly aren't old enough to see it's not mature to steal somebody's pets and hi Ve them out to total strangers, or anybody, it doesn't tv have to be a stranger.

Tell him "Hey that's wrong" or something and make reason! Call the police and tell them. You don't seem to have your mind in the right place, and personally your probably too young to deal with this all on your own. Get your parents to help

Ik but we can’t just sit here and watch him abuse his pets and them end up dying or permanently damaged we have to do something about this and do what’s right to help injured or abused pets become happy and healthy again and they should have a right to be happy and not sad
