Linkit doesn't mean they're 90 years old. THEY MEAN THAT IF THEIR LIFE IS 100% THEY LIVED 90% OF IT IN GERMANY!!!

I’m an American citizen. I was born and lived in America for 3 years.
Also, 100% dosnt mean I’m 100 years old. ITS BASIC FRACTIONS
Tbh I know the world doesn't see it that way with passports and crap but I believe nationality is determined by how long you lived in a place.
For example if someone was born in Italy but moved to France when they were 2 years old and are now 14 and are still living in France speaking fluent french- I would see them as French uwu
