I really like the animation and there isn't much to criticize aside from maybe more frames and more slowing down at the end of the movement.
What I also noticed were the 3 lines that signal he's noticing something and so on. I think it looks really nice if you start animating them from some dots, to their rectangle form and then getting smaller untill they are dots again and dissapear. Really bad with words, though I hope it's kind of understandable with this →
for some reason looking at this made me think "San with no ford"
and now I'm rethinking the entire plot of mc
