Nobody knows the real me. I pretend to be tough and slightly emotionless. My new school friends have never seen me cry or get stressed or even upset. I pretend, you know? In reality, I’m not that tough. I’m super sensitive, get stressed or upset or offended easily, but I just don’t like to show it.
I feel the same way, but I don't think it makes us weak.
It shows how strong of a person you are actually, being able to push through emotions.
However this doesn't mean you should totally disregard your mental health.
