Expectations: its not 1st come 1st serve, whoever gets him, when you adopt him, if you dont draw him at least 2-3 times (you dont draw him then you get him, its if you get him you have to draw him. i dont know how to make this anymore clear.) if you do not draw him you will not be getting anymore adoptables from me
