Option 1: Make quality are and see if people like it. Not denying that some people do, but this should be the #1 option to gaining followers

Option 2: Get people to like you as a person. I do this a lot, and its tried and true. Its a way to gain followers without annoying people.

You can create only one account for your personal use. As User you will be responsible for safeguarding password to your account and not share it with anyone.

When you have 2 accounts at your disposal (Actve on both whenever) Its against TOS. When you've been hacked/delete/never use your other acc again, I believe it's ok.
