I noticed this before, but Julius is basically just a shorter version of Kenji... That's annoying... Anyways, I technically already have a reference for this boi (Along with his sister) but I wanted to make another one. Besides, it makes it easier to see his powers and age without looking through a whole paragraph I'd write in the comments.
