LinkIAAB draws very similar anims, frequently his characterstanding on one side of the frame looking to the other side doing something vaguely wacky, with another character standing opposite him reacting.
I find the faces he draws to be odd. The cheek is large creating a lot of space, but the faces are all budged up to the other side. And the mouth with the simpsons over
I would talk about his progress here, but since he has quite an Inconsistent style, its hard to pick out actual improvement. I will say that his current art looks better than his older art.
My personal main issue with IAAB is that he is considered hilarious, but personally I find that he relies too heavily on memes and trends, but that's personal preference.
My advice is to get creative with more realistic poses, since currently they seem to be either standing normally or doing some wacky cartoon thing. I'd also say to try putting characters at different angles, and try using the canvas to represent a more 3d shape.

LinkThis is an example of what I mean. All the charecters seem all squished up together. Maybe try to make them seem further away from each other.
Always happy to hear constructive criticism!
For my faces, I have a bit of a weird style, yes. I don't really know why people find me funny most of the time, and I have tried to stop the memes/trends...and failed miserably.
As for the art advice part, I don't really go for a realistic style too much. My style, surprise surprise, is quite inspired from The Simpsons, but has branched off into a somewhat separate style. I have a hard time with 3D perspective lines, especially in a still shot, which is why when I take the time to animate, I'll move the camera as much as I feel, to give characters a slightly more 3D look to them.
While yes, I do have a long way to go, I try to stay close to my style and try to improve on stuff like anatomy, because I have a bit of a distaste for realistic drawings and prefer cartoon styles. I'm not entirely sure where that comes from, however.
