If you don't mind my critique, I think there should be more expression in the character. It seems very poker faced to me and doesn't fit the mood of the meme. For the arm, I think it should look more like it's hitting against the screen instead of just to the side. So maybe pull it back more and have the other one maybe pressed against the screen to add more emotion? Just my thoughts, it's still better than what I can do as always :)
