https://paste.pics/R0CEX The top layer (lineart) you use the tool that is visible and just scribble all over it until the lines r covered Second one you just pick up the lines, paste them under and fill in all the pieces and use the same tool visible to color the design

u can use that one tool that only colors what layer you;re using and you make a layer that has only the lineart on it and copy and paste the lineart and then color on the bottom layer with the copy and pasted version
