LinkLately theres been a surge in like dehumanization within the tiktok community--not that its been existing. People valuing animal lives over humam lives is genuinely just a weird acceptance within these spaces for some reason??? It got even worse when the leopard attack story became talked about. It feels like so ****ing artficial and it ferds jnto the "humans evil" narrative

LinkLike okay fine, say whatever you want about human nature, but in the majority of the commemt sections, people are lacking in regard to the lethalities of the situation rather than actually "growing" from it
I find it funny how you like to spew out the humans are naturally evil rhetoric yet find zero sympathy for someone literally getting mauled

LinkAnd then justifying these weird unsympathetic comments going like "oh well kt was stupid of her to do that" WELL YES mr obvious; the problem lies with how people are actually treating the attack. Instead of a mature lesson learned, people use this to justify their weird and edgy hatred for humanity

LinkTheres definetly more nuance to the situation however no one is actually discussing it!!!!
You could talk a lot about how it was "selfish" of her to invade the leopard's territory sure, yeah
But then you should be able to delve into the nature humans bave to satisfy their needs and make an impression on others; THATS the critique, yet no one is making it
