So, I haven't told anybody how I'm scared of sleeping alone. I've been sleeping with my sister for a long time. Then last year, she decided she wanted to sleep with my parents for some time. When she did, I would sleep with the lights on. Then one time, I was tired of doing that then, I asked my mom and dad if I wanted to sleep with them, my dad said "Oh, your thirteen, aren't you a little too old to sleep with us, just go back to your room." I was really upset when my dad told me this, I thought he would know by now how I'm scared to sleep alone. So since then, I've been sleeping with my brother when my sister sleeps with my parents. Then yesterday, my brother and sister wanted to sleep with my mom (my dad wasn't there cause he has a night shift of being the police) So, my heart sank. I wanted to sleep on the couch yesterday, but I knew when my dad would come home in the morning, he'd be wondering why I was sleeping on the couch. So, I had to face my fear and sleep alone for the night.

My parents found out about my fear and I thought they would judge me for it, but I think it's just my dad
