the eye looks unbalanced, the body looks like it's going to detach from the head, the mouth's perspective is a bit wonky, and idk how to draw hair.

👍 no problem bro. Hmmm for the neck... I like to give it a super subtle curve and make it slightly longer. However, in your case it looks fine to me.
