This is Dominic He is a vampire, when his eyes are black he is normal and emotionless because he hasent drank a humans blood for a long time because when he was young, his dad killed a human and got shot. Then he said "Son dont make the same mistakes as i did, please dont drink a humans blood.." then he died. SO his emotions are gone. When his eyes are red that means he is Blood thirsty when he is blood thirsty he losses all control even if he Wants to stop he cant, he has 1 brother and 1 sister.
