Here is my submission
"A blue Wendigo With the Theme of Clocks and it has a scarf"
Extra theme is bones and extra colour is brown
They wear a scarf since they are thin and have bones, and they wander around leaving a trail of clocks or even a rain of them. It has eyes of clocks and a clock in their chest to represent their life source. It's hands are ripped out by a different wendigo leaving only bones to remain. If a clock is picked up from the trail or the rain by a mortal, it is said that they will perish in more ways than one. No sight of the wendigo has ever been seen... yet.
I will try and join, this is a very interesting contest i just had to compete in
