I looked it up and the modern Russian flag was made in 1883 and the Norwegian flag in 1821. But Russia is in Aisa and Norway is in Europe so they don't have much contact. I don't think you are helping the fact that nobody really likes Russia. I like Russia but a lot of people would dissagree.
