New parasites Basically the weird thing on the poor humans head? That’s a parasite. Connects to the spine and brain and basically somewhat takes over. The parasite is a female and basically uses the hosts blood marrow and stem cells to create her spawn. The spawn are then coughed up like blood piles from the human. They are basically leeches from them on until they grow strong enough legs. All of these spawn are male, inside them they have genes and slowly growing female specimens which they infect humans or any intelligent prey with one of these female spore specimens and the circle repeats I hope that made sense
