If there is a link, you highlight it and drag it up to the tabs. Then you click the new tab made from the link and then you press slow download. This downloads it to your files. Then you go to the pencil and press the button shaped as a gear. Then you press the sheet of paper with the green arrow then pick the file you want to use so it will download onto the page.
