Linkdepression that little ***** didnt leave me for long
well, im insecure and hate my likes... my friend called me fat...im self diagnoesed with depression (i looked at the symptoms and i think i have it)...my parents dont know abt that or my friend calling me fat...my "friens" left me to be popular and act like i was never even born into this ****ed up world and my sister is really mean she kicks me
and im scared to tell my parents.. they will probally judge me... and a therapist would probally judge me to
Ok ok. I doubt 100% that you are it fat. And Iโm sorry about the depression thing, and I can try to help you with that as well. I think you should tell your parents so they know what to do and they are not missing out on your life. Those friends are mean and you should ignore them and find new friends. (I could be your friend!). And tell your parents about your sister. If they donโt believe you then they can talk to me, because I know how that feels. If you are depressed by the way there are many things to help that. You could try yoga or stress doodles. If you want you could see if your parents could get you into some sort of counseling. Also sorry Iโm kind of all over the place right now. Iโm just trying to think of what I can do.
Your parents wonโt judge you if they love you, and a therapist definitely wonโt judge you. They work with people every day with problems similar to those.
