1. Sometimes it depends on the type of binder ig?
2. Online or from ppl who are selling them
(more info for 1) If you get a binder that fits very well it probably won't hurt
Also there is a website where they can give you a free binder
I have to find it tho
1. it can hurt if you have a tight binder on for more then a few hours, but usually they dont hurt. just make sure to take breaks from them for a while.
2. you can get them on amazon, target, really anywhere. just make sure you get your correct size and that they dont have a low rating
3. that really just depends on your parents personal view on binders, if its negative they probably wont get you one
