Linki wanted this character too look like a parrot(?) so its theme is a parrot, but this charater doesnt even look like one soooooooooooo i guess u can say its a colorful dragon

I liked how you made the wings transparent so you could see the body :D
But I feel like you could have added more shading into the tail and the white chest of the dragon, but that's just what I think :D
