So relaxation is the key to this. If you go to bed at midnight and set an alarm for 6am. When the alarm goes of don’t get up, don’t get food, don’t go on your phone, nothing. Then you take deep breaths through your nose for a minute and then relax as much as you can. Then start moving you index and middle finger like playing two keys on the piano. Keep doing this as long as you can while you fall asleep to keep your mind partially awake. Every minute or so bite your tongue, not hard but just enough to feel it. If you are awake you’ll feel it but if you are lucid you won’t feel anything making your mind aware you are dreaming. Do this repeatedly along with the other standar techniques like dream journals. Almost nothing works on the first try so don’t give up on this
