a few days ago, I had my phone in my room for 10 f-ing minutes. my mom walked in and was furious and said "you no longer have a phone now," took it, and walked away. usually, she gives it back at the end of the day. It's been four days- and im supposed to have a meet up on monday but I dont know where- and I have no idea what is going on outside my room. I cant find my own instagram account online, and she changed the password so I don't know it. I feel paranoid that people have texted me, but I cant know. I cant listen to music, which is one of my strongest coping mechanisms- ARGS
