I loved her design
I ended up watching all the episodes (pirated) and it's so sad how much potential the show has, its writing is just so abhorrent and shit it makes me wanna jump off a bridge

Idk it's just kinda icky to be supporting someone like this, she's still extremely problematic even without the racism (not to mention that she was an adult when she said these things and shouldve known better, not saying adults cant make mistakes but if a 14 year old knows not to be racist then she should too??)

I agree it’s up to you to decide if you want to support her or not because of what she’s did in the past but I’m one who is up for giving people second chances if they were stupid once in life and did weird problematic shit and show they have learned from it
I can almost relate to that white ignorance vivsie had to that content, except I never posted about it on Twitter because I was like 12 to 13 when I did something really racist neither was it targeted towards anyone

I may have worded it incorrectly when I commented which I just realized, I meant that she's done racist things and it should be known that she's done those things because like I said, this stuff should be made known about a person before supporting them lol
I wouldn't hate you if I knew the stuff you said when you were 13 considering you were 13 years old and didn't know any better lol, I can relate as when I was 9 I'd say racist things that I didn't even know were racist because my dad would say racist things and I didn't see anything abnormal with it at the time (im not like that anymore though as a 14 y/o because ive learnt from that and im sure you have too, even vivziepop probably has)

I may have an unbearable hatred towards vivziepop (primarly because of how stereotypical angeldust is i cant get over that) but I try not to let that control any factual opinion I have, I realized I could've worded my first comment better though but I atleast corrected it.
I feel like hazbin hotel would be a brilliant show if vivziepop were open to criticism, because as far as I've seen she marks it as hate despite there being genuine flaws in the show that have been pointed out

Maybe it’s because I’m aromantic and I donkt understand or care for romance but I just feel like it was so unnecessary and random
Especially when it comes to depicting race in characters, or anything along with race I had to accept I was wrong with cultural aspects and practices before
It’s not easy but it makes you a better person to accept it and work on it
I’m white I get it sometimes you just want to slap on a skin color and put a random race and that’s it

Because race does influence things like speech, clothing and practices
Common you can atleast put some effort into incorporating race into the clothing
I thing race helps a lot with designing my characters specifically my dragon ocs because I have a cultural baseline to go off of
There’s a type of people who thing people of different races are the same as everyone else
And there’s people who thing races are what make people different and we should celebrate those differences
Vivs approach is I can make the black characters like the white characters just with different hair and skin tone
And the other approach is building the character WITH race in mine

Same tbh my first Asian oc was very iffy (i made him when i was 10 and didnt know anything about other races and cultures so the oc was very stereotypical and im ashamed but i learnt from it and took criticism) I ended up remaking him about two in a half years ago so he's much better now but I plan on revamping him again
I'm so glad I take the time to look more into different cultures and races now so I can write good characters, I love adding diversity to my characters and story
