Please just try taking a deep breath- I wany to hug you so bad rn it is hurting that I cant comfort you irl. You dont listen to what I tell you to do, i know you dont because you say it wont help you- But why cant you try? Can you please just try to tell me what is going on? When I broke down that one time, when I was shaking and crying, when I couldnt speak clearly because of my crying- you called me and talked me through it. You helped me through all of it and I want to try to do the same for you. We can call on discord, you can vent to me, you can have me talk you through everything, I can try to do something that will at least help a little. I know I am probably not your go to person for this stuff, and I know that I am probably not close enough to you to where you would talk about it anymore, but I want to try to help because those sobs are stabbing me in the chest
