This is a canon thing. Basically he's pissed about S.P. being hurt and Chronos comes out and completely destroys everything in his sight.

That's also something. But as you can see he's wearing his hoodie and he isn't wet.

:) Chronos is his demon btw. When his eyes glow red that's when both him and Chronos are getting pissed.
