LinkI'm not sure about where you live, but the laws where I live states that art depicting an underage character in sexual situations is illegal, as it is child porn. It also states that someone who is underage creating pornographic art and distributing it is also illegal. And as you just stated, you are legally underage, yes?

LinkDrawings of characters when made by underage people (at least in my state) are perfectly legal, unless the character is underage and committing a sexual act, there is a reason on only really have adult characters.
