They click on the random anim button, maybe leave some comment about how they "like your art" (which is a lie, they say it to anyone) maybe leave a like, follow you, then repeat. They do not like your art, they do not like you, they do not think your art is goodl. They only want to use you as a number. My advice is to go on their anims (if they follow ypu) and tell them to unfollow you. a few do, a few are dead accounts. if the account is dead, it might help to report it. Then there are users like "ripthisaccount" who straight up refuse to unfollow you. In this case I generally tell them to unfollow me whenever I remember they exist.
