Well here's my hypothetical Michael Timeline in-game:
Michael gets possessed;
His parents take him to Father Garcia;
Michael gets progressively worse and eventually escapes;
He flees into the woods where he terrorizes John;
Michael gets shot by John;
Michael's soul now belongs to whatever demon was possessing him.
It's just a theory though, I'm probably wrong.
John also shot Amy in chapter I and it's mentioned it chapter II.
So again, if Amy is in all three chapters, why isn't Michael?-
Hmm, he's either hiding(like a wimp), or he's stalking them from the shadows. Try brightening up the dark parts of the chapter, maybe you'll find him?
You can't really brighten every dark part in the demo because you're stuck on the 4th to the 2nd floor if I remember it correctly.
And when you flash the camera you can see everything, but Michael ain't there.
Ah. Well, this IS a demo after all, maybe he'll be in the full chapter when it's released.
