I'd roleplay with ya man- honestly it's best to distract in anyway. You can talk you can draw make ocs off of music, dance terribly (if ur like me) get some kind of instrument to play and have fun with. Digital paint. There's a lot. You could binge watch shows too
Or.. you could just prepare for one? idk, like pack some supplies, ready an emergency exit? So that you can escape. Having the sense of security can not only protect you physically but also mentally. And while you're at it I'll be praying for you :)
