Soyun (Soh - yoon) means "Hope for a better light" -- or more specifically, "Hope for a brighter future." Sohrius (Soh - ree - us) means "Protector of light" or even "Bearer of innocent light." These two are very sweet characters that get to know each other pretty well in the first two arcs in the Vampire world. Sohrius hasn't yet been written -- this is actually the first physical drawing of him. I decided to give him a manbun because... I find them hot. 😏 But I also thought I'd be able to put some backstory into the cloth he uses to tie it up. Since he was young during the war between humans and vampires, he definitely would've lost his parents. So maybe it was his mother's bandana- is what I thought. I'll definitely get more into his story overtime, since he'll be a bit of a major character in the coming arcs of this series.
