Aaa depends on what im feeling- ill give some tips for what i can:

whenever im angey at whatever, I just take some deep breaths and usually scribble or write out whatever is bothering me in a journal then cry prolly. It always helps to just,, scream into a pillow or throw something too

when im big sad i usually write that shit down on a journal too or just,, look at wholesome shit. If that doesn't help or im in some sorta situation where i cant do that, i just cry until i feel better or stop crying then just recollect meself and figure out why tf im cryinf and how to fix it
Anxious:
Deep breaths and fidgetes. Like,, if you have no real physical figdget, it always helps to just, tap on a surface or lightly press down on skin (not pierce thats bad) to calm down. removing yourself from whatever situation makes you anxious also helps tons but sometimws it doesn't work that way
