OK Splatter Wolves are an open species. (I'ma tell you all about them >:3) Splatter wolf coats are almost always black or white (there are some that are off white or off black but nothing ever just gray) Black coated splatter wolves ALWAYS have darker accent colors, well white ones have pastels. As a splatter wolf ages the floating feathers around the tip of their tails and wings get warn out and fall off completely. Patterns on splatter wolves ALWAYS look like paint splatter. (They are also very artistic animals by nature, and live in small town like communities they more often refer to as flocks)

**Forgot to say that black canvas Splatter wolves are nocturnal, well white canvas splatter wolves aren't.

**wait need to add more here: When all the feathers around their wings fall away they can no longer fly, and when the feather at the tip of their tail falls off they die. (Feathers cannot be removed by other beings and fall way naturally, splatter wolves CAN be killed by outside forces though, simply all their feathers fall away at once if that happens.)
