A while ago a cat named Bean was trailing your oc, so you just finally decided to adopt them. Bean is a simple cat, he doesn't like anything fancy and just wants affection. One day you go outside, expecting him to be at your door but he isn't there. You got into your back yard only to find him caught in a snare that your neighbor set out because they hate Bean.
-the wire was unable to free him, so when she tried, it only tightened-
: mint : ... * she gets out a wire cutter annd cuts the wire *...* worried*
Bean coughed and hacked out blood from such a wire, curling into Mint's arms.
: mint : cmon bean * she shoots her neighbor a death glare before walking inside her house with bean*

Bean simply rolled around and stretched out. He looked much more pleased with this.
He got up when she sat down, going over to her and sitting in her lap.
