LinkI usually sleep on my side till I get tired of that then I flip to my other side then when I get tired of that I lay on my stomach and then usually fall asleep
LITERALLY HOW DO PEOPLE SLEEP ON THEIR BACK
I sleep like a plank. Stretched out. Arms to sides and legs together. On my stomach. Face in the pillow
I sleep both these ways because I feel like I'm choking anytime I sleep in front
Sleeping on the back helps you prevent nerve pain from your chest and neck that's it
i have scoliosis and its terrible for me to sleep on my stomach but its the only way I can get the right mimimis...

the only time it gets painful is whenever one of my hand hurts my neck doesn't hurt in the slightest surprisingly
If I need to sleep on my back I turn my head to my dominant side and sleep like that
I sometimes sleep like a fųcking cat. In a ball. That only happens when it’s really cold tho
But when I was in preschool during nap I slept on my back and got in trouble for it. Somehow I thought it was comfortable at the time even though the cots had NO PILLOWS either.
i can never sit still in my sleep i sleep in every position (until my neck can't handle it anymore and i go straight onto my back)
