i took a cool nap after taking another nap and its twelve now and in the past 24 hours ive been up for a total of three hours

i keep having horrible dreams ofd traumatic events with my mother and then waking up and having several hour long panic attacks which ****ing SUCKS because i sleep so much literallyu as an escape from my issues so its liek what the **** do i do now
