we had moved, after that thing attacked us. heart of the city. i was used to our farm life, so it was... new, i guess. sadly, my parents blamed me for almost getting everyone killed. i went to a new school, it was more on the edge of town since it wasnt very big, but busy. everyone had heard of siren head, and i was pretty popular for "meeting" him.

honestly, i would have mental breakdowns whenever siren head was mentioned, but one day, my friends pressured me to go with them so they could see him as well. i was strongly against the idea. but, i went anyways, as long as we brought weapons. i took a rifle and 2 shotguns from my parents, and off we went, taking the bus and walking the rest of the way. Charlie, one of them, and the other, Jane, were excited. Drago looked on egde.

I was sweating the whole time, too. nobody spoke. it was a silent moment. when we got to my old house, which was abandoned, we headed into the forest. i heard the dreaded white noise again, and tears formed in my eyes.

"guys? lets go back.." i muttered. Charlie looked at me. "really? we're almost there." "i dont want you guys to die!" i said it kind of loud, the white noise stopped for a good 30 seconds, then continued. we all froze. Drago whimpered. Jane held her shotgun. "im gonna shoot it right in the head for terrorizing you." "it doesnt have a head." "then a siren, how'bout that?" i just walked on, holding the rifle.

a demonic screeching took place, sounding like a lot of peoples voices mixed together. the forest ground shook. i was stuck in a cold, sweaty cycle of fear, sadness, panic. i ran. Charlie and Jane started shooting, Drago ran with me. i whipped around to see them screeching, being picked up and eaten. their voices played through the sirens.

"Joseph! Come, lets go deeper in the forest!" Jane. "Yeah Joseph! lets go, itll be fun!" Charlie. i broke down sobbing, running faster than i ever did 2 years ago. thank god i joined track in school. Drago was whimpering, so i picked him up, small dog, and ran fast as i could. it was 7 feet behind me, like 2 years ago. the siren. the saliva drippin g off its tongue. just like 2 years ago.

i got away, for the second time. i still heard Jane and Charlie calling for me, in that staticky, muffled voice. i ran to the bus stop, boarded without a ticket. me and Drago were shook, i was crying.

we got home. my parents didnt ask a thing.
