I have a theory that Burr didn't mean to shoot Hamliton. If you listen to The World Was Wide Enough then you will hear after they say "He aimed his pistol at the sky." Burr says "WAIT!" And afterwards he regrets shooting him. Now normally people feel kinda glad that they didn't die in a duel but I think burr got a little pissed then over reacted by starting a duel. Kill me
