Hajime is an awkeard boy that can't even properly figure out how to make friends. Hajime has a crush on Chiaki, why would he even *want* to top Nagito? Nagito is a sociopath that obsesses over Hajime. A yandere. Put it like this: if a yandere had a chance to **** the senpai, would they? Yes? Exactly Hajime also doesn't want to interact witth Nagito and is scared of him. With that in mind, Nagito could easily dominate Hajime if he just found a way to get them alone in a room.

In chapter four, they both don't like each other, and Hajime is even more weak to Nagito. If Nagito trapped Hajime, he'd easily be able to dominate him and berate him for being a reserve course student. The same goes for in the anime if they had met. Also, Nagito's the only one that loves the other. Hajime seems like the type that would only want to do something sexual further into the relationship, whilst Nagito literally almost pins Hajime and rubs Hajime's chest in the manga

Not to mention the fact when Nagito was tied up and there was a lot of sexual tension, Nagito was still dominating. He was still manipulating and still smirking. If a guy can keep composure like that while being tied up, don't you think he's worth being a top? Also, if you saw a god you worship and had a chance to **** with it, wouldn't you feel proud to be the one on top? Ah, by the way, Nagito could be a bottom at some points. Im not saying he couldnt be. After all, experimenting in gay couples is very common, so they're both most likely switches. I just think that Nagito would be the first one to dominate and then eventually escalate to switching
