B) Your oc was walking on the sidewalk one night when a slim figure pushed past suddenly, running past. two cops chased after them, nearly knocking your oc over as well as they ran past and after the woman. She'd had a duffle on her shoulder, a few bills slipping out of it as she ran in the wind and darted into an alleyway. Too curious, your oc moved towards the alley to look, seeing the cops run in after. By the time your oc looked over, the cops were looking around in confusion. she'd seemed to have disappeared into thin air. Then your oc noticed a movement that caught their eye and glanced up. Somehow she'd reached the metale fireescape of the building, it was impossibly high but she'd managed none the less, now slinking onto the roof of the building. From how she ran, she was moving tot he other side, to drop down in the next alley. Your oc could probably reach it before she reaches the ground

the shifter yelped out in surprise, jolting and jumping back as the tail quickly shifted away, his eyes wide, "a-ah l-lilly!!" they yelped out

they shifted into a drake rather quick so the hair would slip from her hands as it shifted ot the scaled, lunching out from under her as they shifted back human and staggered back, "I-I'm not supposed to t-tell you-" he squeaked out the words

"n-no!" he yelped when she lunged, shifting to a rodent and scrambling under her while he had the chance, dodging and shifting back again, "l-listen i j-just had a surveillance j-job okay?" he stammered

"I'm not supposed to!!" he exclaimed quickly, backing way

"I-I'm sorry i'm sorry!" he exclaimed, pressing his back to the wall shakily as he tried to back away more, "H-he'll b-be back i-i w-wasnt supposed to let you kn-know hes not ehre!!"

he squeaked, the surge of panick making his flinch also end up in him shifting to a raccoon ot of fear, quickly trying to scramble away out of the corner again

they chittered out in surprise, flailing to each for anything ashe trilled, shifting back and just thumping against the floor when thier tail disapepared, groaning in pain

"i-ill be in trouble,," they mumbled in a soft whine, gingerly sitting up

they crawled a little further back, glancing away, "Y-you dont understand, I-I cant.."

they curled up away from her nervously, looking away
