so it told me my gift was on the website so i logged into the website and i forgot my pass and then i finally guessed it right but it said my acc was locked so i got on the app to see what was happening and it logged me off on the app so i logged back in and i used the pass i used on the website but it said wrong pass so now i cant get on my acc ; - ;

i lost everything...
