Based on: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_i_8zTeL7NI -- Idea for Harm's lore/story!! He appears a bit in Arrow's story, as he's the one that Arrow first sees when he wakes up in Hell. He's not that important in that story. However, he's got his own. He and Paper (Another vent OC) were spiritually linked by Destiny (She's somewhat of an higher power, I guess). They don't like each other at all, but have to work together. You may ask why? That's because they themselves are 'lower powers' of Hell, the can push around normal demons and angels and such but have to listen to the higher powers. Since Paper and Harm equal each other out in what their powers are, they'll have to work together but they didn't and still aren't that good at cooperation with each other at the end of the story. Even though, it's a lot better than at the start.

This is a very basic overview of it, and to clarify a bit. Higher Powers: Kinda like God/Goddesses in this world? They'll have a large range of powers in what they 'rule', I guess. Lower Powers: Demi-Gods I guess. They have powers and are 'paired' with another. They usually have a good and a bad part. Harm is Chaos, Paper is Peace.
