if it's lower, it could be stomach pains, they tend to be like a sharp pain and then terrible cramping. it isn't always in the stomach area, it can sort of shoot through the body. it could also be menstrual cramps if you get periods, sometimes it gets so bad for me that i literally can't move an entire half of my body because the pain causes it to tense up, and there's occasional bursts of pain every few hours or so, sometimes less even just having (forgive me for this,) poop cramps can cause stabs of pain like that ofc, i'm no professional and i'm basing this entirely off of what i've experienced, so pls only take this with a grain of salt and if it keeps getting more intense or doesn't stop then try to see a doctor or nurse

ok then definitely see a doctor. i wouldn't take any more cramp/pain medicine (like ib profin) in case it makes things worse, like i know that ib profin can cause internal bleeding in some cases.
